K12 Report card final grades
Certificate of good moral
Barangay certification nga nagmatood nga residente mo dha
Voter’s certification or voter’s ID sa parents kong wala pa ma rehistro (registered voter’s sa provincya sa sugbo)
Tax exemption sa parents or guardian ( sa BIR ni cya kuhaon ) dala lng mo ug barangay Indegency, cedula para ma issuehan mo ug Tax exemption.
