The distribution of funds will take place on 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 16, 2025 𝗮𝘁 1:00 𝗣𝗠 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯-𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹. Kindly present all the requirements and take note of the schedule to ensure your attendance to receive the grant.
Please be reminded that the following requirements are needed for the distribution (please, use long bondpaper):
One (1) photocopy of your school ID with three (3) signatures.
One (1) photocopy of your Certificate of Enrollment (COE) or Certificate of Registration (COR), or Study Load, also with three (3) signatures.
Place all documents in a 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲 with your 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲 (𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲, 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲, 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹) written in the upper left corner of the envelope.
