📌 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Ages 15–25
• Natural-born woman; has not given birth
• With good moral standing in the barangay
• Wear white dress, light makeup & heels for screening
• Must be willing to follow pageant rules
• Bring Barangay Certificate / proof of residency
• Bring 1 close-up photo (3R size)
• Open to all Toledanas, but priority for Matab-ang residents
• No comebackers from outside Barangay Matab-ang
