Light or natural makeup, white dress, and heels

โ€ข Compliance:
Willing to follow all rules set by organizers and committee

โ€ข Proof of Residency:
Barangay Certificate or any valid proof of residency

โ€ข Photo Requirement:
One (1) close-up photo, 3R size

โ€ข Selection Process:
Open to all Toledanas, but priority for Matab-ang residents
